For 25 years, A Natural Harvest has been selling vitamin supplements, herbal teas and fresh vegetarian meals through its South Shore location, which is part grocery store and part food delivery service.

Offering organic and vegan groceries, as well as information on health food, A Natural Harvest also sells prepared meals and will cater events ranging from weddings to business meetings. (Seitan Philly and barbecue sandwiches, anyone?)

The store sells canned and frozen vegetarian goods, parben-free beauty products, herbal remedies and more. Health-conscious shoppers can also pick up fruit juice smoothies and vegetable juices made with all-natural ingredients or one of hundreds of herbal teas said to help improve bodily functions like eyesight and blood pressure.
